Temperatures are climbing, flowers and greenery abound, and the quaint downtowns of Montague and Whitehall have picked up with the hum of the season. It’s summer in White Lake!
In our neck of the woods, as in the rest of the country, Memorial Day is seen as the unofficial start of summer. We spend the long weekend honoring our fallen soldiers with community parades, flags, and flowers. For the three months that follow, life is vibrant and full of beach days, community festivals, and outdoor entertainment.
